"When I see them, I know I’m home…”. There is something about this landmark that is so distinctively Dublin. The walk through Irishtown Nature Park continuing on out to the lighthouse is the way to see the famous red and white stacks, but we like to get our best views of these iconic chimneys from the sky. They are a well known historic landmark in the Dublin skyline, distinguished by their height and distinctive colours and are woven threads in the tapestry of Dublin’s identity.
This shot was captured on a beautiful, fresh day allowing for the sky to show off it’s own beautiful colours as well as standing in as a calming backdrop for these mighty icons of the Dublin skyline.
