Delivery Information

Thank you so much for your order and support. We are a custom made to order business. This means, you buy it – we go make it. Everything is handmade here in Ireland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for each order. We ship all items as registered mail via An Post - the Irish Post Office. Currently delivery times vary and depend on your location and your Skyfolk order.

If you need your order in time for a specific date, just let us know and we will try our best to make it happen for you.

Rolled Prints

Irish Shipping: Rolled prints will be shipped by registered post in a postal tube within 5-7 working days within Ireland.

Worldwide Shipping: Rolled prints will be shipped in a postal tube by registered post, please allow 21 working days for shipping to Europe and the U.K.

Please allow 21 working days for shipping to Australia / New Zealand & America. These times may vary due to restrictions across various countries.

Framed Prints

Framed prints will be shipped via registered post with An Post and at the moment are only available to customers in Ireland. All framed orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Our product costs and shipping costs do not include customs charges or local taxes which can vary from country to country. For orders within Ireland and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges.

For the UK and the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

Please note overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. This is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your order and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.
